It wasn't a bone fragment, it was a complete chicken leg bone. It takes quite a lot of negligance to leave that in.On another incident I nearly broke my tooth on a sizable piece of plastic in one of their baguettes.This was in Sainsburies, Emerson's Green branch.Also Their break is perminantly stale, I've complained 2 times but nothing has been done about it. The bread is really really stale, it seems like it's a week old when it hits the shelves. Disgraceful. I bought a chicken sandwich from sainsburies and I found a complete leg bone in it. On another incident I nearly broke my tooth on a sizable piece of plastic in one of their baguettes.

They were produced in the UK and the quality was good with plenty of chicken. Recently they discontinued this product and replaced with a range of curries made in Thailand. All five of these curries are about 20% water but three in particular, Curry in Black Bean Sauce, Chip Shop Curry and Hot chicken curry have something in them that is supposed to be chicken. These are a few slices of a dark brown substance that is supposed to be chicken. All I can think of is that the Thai word for shoe leather must be chicken! Does Sainsbury`s actually have someone in Quality Control who samples these products before ordering them for sale in the UK? If so this person should be replaced. Hello,

No doubt some wiskid marketing no all thought that one up. Psychologically It doesn't do me any good going into your stores happily thinking I'm getting value for money and coming out annoyed that I could have saved a measly 50pence or whatever somewhere else. I'm also hacked off with all the two for ones you seem to have they are rip offs. I shall go back to Waitrose or Asda or anywhere else other than Sainsburys. Be alert, if it has a special price positioned over another it could be that your purchase is not special after all......
