I am beginning to lose my patience with o2 after many years of using you as my provider.

I am due an upgrade and have spoken to o2,customer Service three times now. After a long call wait I have been on each occasion that I have an account manager called Claire Parr and she will call me. Back. On the third occasion of phoning today I was given a phone number to call to speak to this person direct and guess what – it wasn’t her phone number at all and I left a message saying I urgently need to speak to this Claire ( I think my account outsourced to another company) and I never got a call back.

I am seriously thinking of taking my account away from o2 – I think I have been treated really badly. I am being totally ignored and i am really angry.
