STEAK AND IT WAS BLOOD RED .SO HE ASKED TO SEE THE COOK SOME TIME WENT BY AND THE COOK CAME TO THE TABLE SPOCK TO MY MATE AND HE SHOWED HIM THE STEAK AND COMPLAINED TO HIM AND HE SAID TO MY MATE .(WHAT CAN I DO) AND WENT BACK TO THE KITCHEN SO ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND MY MATE WENT TO THE BAR AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER

AND THEY TOLD THEM WHAT HAD GONE ON WITH THE COOK BUT EVEN THE PUB MANAGER WAS NOT INTERESTED HENCE THE EMAIL TO HEAD OFFICE ONE OF MY MATES HAD FOOD ANOTHER TIME AND AFTER HE WAS SICK 5 TIMES . AND WE ALL USE THIS PUB A LOT WE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE BEER FLYS THAT ARE I THINK FOR YOUR SAKE BAD FOR THE CUSTOMER CARE WE HAVE EVEN HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS SMELLING THIS IS NO GOOD IT PUTS YOU OFF YOUR FOOD BUT ANY COMPLAINTS IN THIS PUB THE HORNET SEAM TO FALL ON DEAF EARS NONE OF THE STAFF WANT TO KNOW ANY MORE I MY SELF HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE HORNET FOR A LOT OF YEARS NOW AS ALL OF MY FRIENDS WE GIVE YOU MUCH MONEY AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS WE ARE THINKING OF GOING ELSE WHERE BUT WE ARE TRYING TO KEEP LOYAL TO YOU AND THIS PUB THE HORNET BUT THE STAFF THERE ARE MAKING LIFE VERY DIFFICULT THEY DO NOT SEAM TO CARE NOW ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE ,ANY MORE AT ALL.THERE ARE A LOT OF US YOU COULD LOOSE THRU THE STAFF NOT JUST NOT HEARING US .
