THANK NICKYDREZEN</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>DEAR SIRORMADAM<br /> IAM WIRTTING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT<br /> TURNING MY PHONE OF AND I THINK ITS OUT OF ORDER<br /> AS WE PAY YOU PEOPLE ALOT OF MONEY<br /> THANK NICKYDREZEN</p> ]]></content:encoded> </item> <item><title>By: Mrs S Carter</title><link>http://www.complaintletter.org.uk/miss-2/#comment-1513</link> <dc:creator>Mrs S Carter</dc:creator> <pubDate>Wed, 16 Nov 2011 17:31:34 +0000</pubDate> <guid isPermaLink="false">http://www.complaintletter.org.uk/?p=760#comment-1513</guid> <description>I am with the customers above i have been a sky customer for 8 years my bill is always paid on time  i have had wrong signals sent down to my box to which after phoning them about 5 times when questioned they panicked they have now after giving me my username and password twice which is in my email they are now saying its the wrong one after using it twice before .i also had more trouble with them when it said that i couldnt record on my box it said on screen press select to  i did this twice and nothing happened except for the satellite being off for about 15 mins each time on phoning them again they reset the system losing all the kids series links and mine also at the time i asked the customer rep to reset my account on the 28th of this month which the bank had cancelled my direct debit he said that is all done for you now, which it hasnt when i called last month to change my payment date from the 21st of the month to the 28th of the  same month i spoke to two customer reps who informed me this was done and that was okay  and i also changed it online  they then went into my account took the money that was due which incurred a charge of  25 pounds on calling them they said i have to give them 14 days notice which there is no  clear relation to this being the case on your website or the reps didnt inform me of that either, they also when i when i upgraded one sky box to sky+HD which i already pay 10 pounds for the subscription i had to pay another 10 for the extra + and HD and on getting my other daughter a sky+HD box  they didnt inform me off the other 10 for the sky hd box which you  pay 20 pounds for the extra subscription to that. i also paid 29.99 install which took my bill to 60.00 more for that month on calling them they said it would be cheaper the next month they have now charged me for 1 sky HD box + subscription as far as i know because i cant access my account through mysky.com. now after telephoning them they reset the sky+ when we tried to record on one off the kids SKY HD + its not recording at all , and mine ,which is just a sky+ box is cutting off before the end of the programme has recorded, i have Sky broadband and sky telephone also and i am an extremely pissed off customer they are now sending texts to my husbands mobile phone asking if i would now recommend sky to other people my husband has nothing to do with my account and they also have my email and have never sent texts before.
