WI have just spent a fruitless several hours desperately trying to order a tin of Harrods chocolates to be sent to USA via your website.
the whole thing was a nightmare.
in the end I found a firm called Amelie who run a sane outfit, and ordered easily through them. I would have preferred your products. suggest you look at their website for inspiration.]
this is only the second letter of complaint I have ever written in my life and a pity it has to be to Harrods. will never try to order on line with you again.
it was so awful I do not expect the service of a decent reply
