My Samsung GT-S5230 has stopped working recently. It started to freeze and turning itself off. I took it to the local O2 shop and it was sent for repair. I got it back after 14 days with a letter saying that they could not fix the phone because it was phisically damaged. I am convinced, that I did not cause any damage by misusing my phone and I dont agree with their assessment. It is still under the manufacturer’s warranty but apparently this does not cover physical damage. What can I do in this situation?
