i recive my mobile phone on the 22/12/2010 and as i open the box there was not handset in the box and everytime we ring them up there keep telling use that we have to wait 24 hours for something to be done, about the matter but after 24 hours we ring orange back up about the promble and there stand there and tell us there is nothing that there is doing untill it been 24 hours but now there are taking a piss about this matter! there have already sent me out a mobile phone bill for the mobile phone itself which is not getting payed for untill i get the handset,

I have just been on the phone to orange customer service for over an hour for an over the top bill I received it the service was nothing short of disgusting

Orange as let somebody pretend they are me and let them up grade a phone off my account, obviously the customer wasn’t asked any security questions etc etc and now I’m barred from using my phone as the upgraded phone as moved over to EE , I’ rang orange and told them I can’t ring out or receive calls and they told me I’ve upgraded my phone and moved over yo EE , news to me!!!!, also they told me somebody will get back to me within 24hrs and that was Friday it’s now Sunday!!!, so no phone what is very important to me for my business , frustrated angry and want answers

How can anyone upgrade on another account without going through security questions etc!!!!!
