I bought a pair of shoe from Woolwich store, after few days use, one side feels looser than other, went to store to return/exchange, staff refused saying they can’t exchanged as its been used.
I mentioned this is the fault, but they referred to their simple policy that if its used they won’t accept return!
I contacted customer service, they repeated same and gave me option to go and try a different store or send the shoes (at my own cost) to hard office for investigation!

I am very disappointed with such service and alert others not to buy from Shoe zone.

I want to complain and would like to get refund/exchange.
