Tesco sensitive shave foam
I have enclosed two cans of Tesco sensitive shaving foam, which I recently bought as part of a general grocery shop.
I am returning the products to you because there is a fault with the nozzle mechanism. When you press the nozzle, only a very small amount of shaving foam, if any, actually comes out.
I have put up with this for a while but it has now reached the point where it is almost impossible to release any foam at all.
I suggest that you improve the design of this particular product.
I also propose that you reimburse me the original purchase cost and compensate me for the inconvenience that this has caused and my time in bringing this to your attention.
I look forward to hearing from you within two weeks.
