Dear sir /madam
I am writing to you to complain about the appalling service which my wife and me self received in one of you pubs on the Isle of Wight on Thursday 8th September 2016,
We decided to have breakfast in the man in the moon in Newport and ordered are food at 10.40 which was two large breakfast,at 11.20 we were still waiting so asked a team leader if she had any idea how long it would be, she told me she would find out.
On returning to are table with red hot plates and a cold dried up mess she said sorry for the wait and left,
I stopped her again and pointed out what was on are plates she said sorry but we are under staffed and can’t go any fasted, we apologise for this email but thought someone needed to know on this accasion.
